Photo Art

Photo Art is just a process I use from time to time to change an original photograph into a ‘painting look a like’ using a few tweaks here and there in Photoshop Elements.
It doesn’t always work with every photo as I have found out while wasting time trying but even though time has been wasted it is still fun.
