This is the typical Great British Bumble Bee. Mr. Bumble was having a whale of a time busy buzzing about collecting pollen from our Buddleia in the back garden. They are so hard to shoot as they won’t stay still long enough. I have never really been that close to a bee before and seeing him in macro was great for me, he is so cuddly I just want to hug him.
